Country Chic

The expansive Hertfordshire home is set in beautiful countryside so we wanted to enhance and retain the natural light that floods through the many windows throughout the home and keep the design light and sophisticated. Introducing hard-wearing but luxe family-friendly carpets in neutral tones throughout the hallways and stairs introduces a feeling of calm and warmth on entering the property, and adding soft sheer window treatments ensures the design works seamlessly throughout. The kitchen was completely reimagined with industrial-toned slate grey cabinetry and finished off with brushed brass ironmongery to add a touch of finesse. We added an injection of colour throughout the open plan living area with vibrant seating, bespoke cushions and stunning window treatments. The master bedroom echoes the feeling of sophisticated calm with a bespoke headboard featuring antique mirror and integrated lighting which works cohesively with the glamorous specialist wall finish and carefully selected furniture. The playroom and top floor bathroom were reconfigured to create a fun and safe space for the two young children to enjoy. We even curated a secret den within the eaves of the playroom which the children adore!
