Pierre Frey | Evelyn

Evelyn is modelled on wild silk: the horizontal fibres and natural slubs of a hand-woven silk, reproduced in a viscose-rich textile laminated onto a non-woven backing. The slubs run across the wall, giving a soft horizontal texture and a low sheen that is warmer than paint. It is 137 cm wide and free match, hangs by pasting the wall and is wet removable, and its lightfastness is good. Like any textile wallcovering it shows a slight panel effect at the joins, so hang the drops in sequence.
