TOBIAS TRIGG
Managing & Creative Director
Toby qualified with a BA (Hons) in Interior Design from Regent's University London. During his four-year study period he was awarded the Dean's Award for Arts and held internships for world-leading interior designers. Toby also holds an American Degree in Interior Design, BFA (Hons) - allowing him to work globally with the correct accreditations. After many years of experience in the high-end residential interior design arena, Toby opened his own interior design studio. Three years later, in 2019, Toby opened our beautiful Berkhamsted interior design showroom, boutique and e-commerce store. Since then the business has gone from strength to strength, and became finalists in the SBID International Interior Design Excellence Awards in it's opening year.
Toby brings over twenty years of experience working within the high-end residential interior design arena and loves to create interiors that truly reflect all of our clients' design ideas and aspirations. He provides his expertise in the constellation of choices through our trusted suppliers, artisan craftsmen and contractors to create timeless interiors with his team at Tobias Oliver Interiors.
NINA GILBERT
Project Lead & Business Development
Nina comes with a wealth of marketing experience having worked for an array of different agencies over her career, but loves nothing more than beautiful interiors and homewares, so the move to Tobias Oliver Interiors was an easy decision!
Nina predominantly works on project management. But also enabling and implementing business growth, improving efficiency, sales and productivity through effective management and marketing. However, she is also paramount in helping with design decisions and keeping budgets in line with clients' expectations to ensure all our projects run smoothly.
PHOEBE BARRON
Junior Designer
Phoebe has qualified with a BA (Hons) in Interior Design from KLC School of Design and is kickstarting her career with Tobias Oliver Interiors.
Having worked in Berkhamsted for several years, she knew her next step would be in the world of interiors that was close to home, and what better place than Tobias Oliver Interiors... in the heart of Berkhamsted high street.
Phoebe primarily works as a Junior Designer helping with various projects and design decisions and will also be available to assist in the showroom. Phoebe is a lover of all things botanical and animal print and is drawn to quirky and tactical finishes for any design.
When she doesn’t have her nose in the most recent edition of House and Garden magazine, you can find her mooching around London’s vintage markets or walking her beloved pooch!
Katie Gilder
Design Intern
Having just graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BA in History, Katie was looking for an opportunity to work in interior design.
Katie has always been surrounded by interior design through her mother and sister which sparked her love for it!
Katie is excited to learn more to form the foundations of a career as an interior designer at Tobias Oliver Interiors.
In her spare time Katie loves walking her dogs, Theo and Flossy, as well as going to the gym and playing lacrosse.
We are excited to watch Katie grow in the team as we support her first steps into the world of interiors!
BIANKA MARES-HALL
Showroom Manager & Executive Assistant
Bianka has over 20 years experience in luxury retail and lifestyle management. She dedicates her professional life to enhancing clients lifestyle experiences and bettering their life.
Bianka uses her extensive knowledge and innovative ideas to create beautiful living spaces. With her honest approach twinned with outstanding customer service she makes the impossible, possible.
In her spare time she loves to practice mindfulness and yoga as well as loosing herself with her dogs in local woods.
Tiffany Eady
Social Media Marketing Manager
Tiffany has a love for all things interiors and social, which provides the perfect combination for us. She has an interest and an eye for home renovation, always looking for a new layout or new colour palette to work with.
As a social media manager, Tiffany manages our online presence by developing and implementing our social media strategy, to grow our following and engage with like minded interiors lovers.
Ruthie Good
Showroom Sales Executive
Ruthie is passionate about design and is a natural fit in our luxury lifestyle boutique. Ruthie is here to guide you through our brands and provide you with an understanding of the designers behind each brand and what inspires them.
Ruthie is typically with us at weekends and busier times during the week. Always happy to talk about your requirements and offer suggestions, whether it is a gift for someone special, or maybe for yourself ;-)
As well as art and design, Ruthie’s interests include literature, fashion drawing and dance. She particularly enjoys ballet and set design.
CLAIRE BUTLER
Finance Manager
Having recently returned from living in the Netherlands for 4 years Claire now lives in rural Norfolk with her two dogs Ted and Frodo.
Claire is a qualified accountant and has been working with numbers for nearly 20 years (and bizarrely still loves it). When she is not having fun working (or more accurately chasing Toby and Nina for invoices and receipts) she can be found walking in her wellies, enjoying a fine wine or reading a good book!
