Project pricing for larger schemes
Hotels, restaurants, developments and whole-house projects are priced individually. Send us the schedule and we will quote it as a project rather than a basket.

A reply within 48 hours
Applications are reviewed Monday to Friday and answered within 48 hours. Once approved, your trade code takes 10% off at checkout, and larger orders are invoiced at 15% or 20%.

Discounts apply to the product value of a single order, inc VAT, before delivery. There are no exclusions: every product on the site, samples included. Orders over £5,000 are invoiced so that the higher rate, delivery and lead times are confirmed together; you pay online from the invoice as usual.

Questions trade customers ask
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum to hold an account and no minimum order: trade pricing applies from your first order, at 10% up to £5,000, 15% over £5,000 and 20% over £10,000. One account gives you access to the houses we carry.
Does trade pricing apply to everything?
Yes, to every product on the site, samples included. Please check the selling unit and minimum quantity on each product page before ordering.
How do I use my trade code?
Enter it in the discount field at checkout; it takes 10% off any order up to £5,000. For orders over £5,000, email the order to your contact and we invoice it at the higher rate rather than asking you to work it out at checkout.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. We deliver to the EU, the USA and most of the world. Rates are set by category and destination and confirmed at checkout; UK thresholds and international rates are on the Delivery & Returns page.
Can you source something that is not on the site?
Usually. We hold accounts with every house we carry and can quote from their wider ranges, including made-to-order pieces. Send the reference to your contact.
Can I order on behalf of a client?
Yes. Deliver to site, to your studio or to your client; the invoice comes to you.
Do you offer credit terms?
Not at present. Orders are paid at checkout or online from the invoice we send you.
Are prices shown with VAT?
Yes. Prices on the site include UK VAT, and the trade tiers are read on the inc VAT value. For deliveries outside the UK, VAT is handled at checkout according to the destination.
